As a
licensed Realtor® active in Parker, Palo Pinto, Hood and
Tarrant County Texas, it is my job to know and understand
the challenges individuals face when taking on the arduous
task of contracting for custom home construction. That is
why I have developed this website devoted to addressing your
construction questions, from locating a quality, reputable
builder, putting you in touch with information which will
help in making sound decisions, to presenting inspirational
designs which bring focus and clarity to your
ideas.
Throughout
the course of my career, I have come in contact with many
builders, and have had the opportunity to see not only newly
finished product - but have also seen builder's product
after the test of time. I have witnessed, and observed the
varying degree of emphasis placed on customer service by
different builders and am especially aware of extra
challenges facing those who are contracting the construction
of their new home from afar. Successful builders are
beginning to embrace the contributions of Realtors, and find
that providing a "sales representative" for their
construction clients is a valuable service, keeping the
lines of communication freely flowing. They are discovering
that contracting a Realtor in this capacity, not only saves
them time, but makes for more satisfied clients resulting in
more construction referrals. To them, Realtor fees are
simply a cost of doing business.

Remember,
when undertaking a custom home project, it is extremely
advantageous to have your interests represented from onset
to completion. When negotiated up front, the builder pays
Realtor fees (just as a seller does in a resale home), that
is why it is imperative to connect with a Realtor,
experienced in custom home negotiations and issues even
before talking to your selected builder. As a Realtor®
who has been very active in custom home construction, I have
insights into issues that can and may creep up throughout a
project - by working together, you benefit from my
experience. From negotiating your construction contract to
sitting in on your closing, I will stay involved with your
